In an effort to seek greater transparency from CMS, 12 Program Advisory and Oversight Committee (PAOC) members signed a joint letter (sent via email) to CMS seeking additional data on the Medicare competitive bidding program. This emailed letter is part of a continued effort by the congressionally mandated panel to determine the adverse impact the CMS bidding program is having on Medicare beneficiaries and suppliers.
The PAOC believes the data requested should be easily accessible with the extensive tracking system CMS describes and asks for the information no later than May 31.
