The Form C has to be received by the CBIC on or before Friday, April 29, 2011.  The form can be mailed or faxed to the CBIC, but it must be in hand at CBIC on Friday, April 29, 2011 at the latest. The CBIC recommends that you fax it and the fax number is 803-264-6228.

CMS Proposes Expanded List of Product Categories for Round 2

CMS is considering the expansion of product categories in Round 2 bidding. Nearly all major categories will be affected, including all of those with which you deal.
